ORDER
In pursuance of Rule 20 of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) Rules, 2009 and Rule 20 of the Central Secretariat Stenographers' Service (CSSS)Rules, 2010, the Central Government in Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) hereby constitutes with immediate effect, new cadre unit for Department of Fisheries in respect of various grades of CSS and CSSS, by carving out the same from the existing cadre unit of Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying 86 Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare.
2. The sanctioned strength of various grades of CSS and CSSS in the separated cadre unit of D/o Fisheries is given in Annexure. Further, no new posts will be created in D/o Fisheries for setting up a system for cadre management/ administration of CSS/CSSS personnel.
3. The present incumbents in the various grades of CSS and CSSS shall remain posted in the respective Departments on as is where is basis to the extent of sanctioned strength as per Annexure to this order and excess officers in any grade should be reported to CS.I/CS.II Division for further necessary action.
